I have worked in euronova for 2 years and the job security issue is there but work culture and growth is well and if you could balance work-life issue then sure this company is for you. Management is very good specially boss's involvement is there with every deppt. Which is very impressive and i was very happy doing work with Mr. Subhashis sir. The company has very serious company politics which effect you with your work and your personal mental health if you can handle sheer pressure then sure go for it and i m very sure you will be very happy with the perks and appreciation they give to their employees as well as growth (financially)....Read More

I faced several problems there like their is no value of rules and regulations. First they make the rules and within 10 min you will see their is no meaning of that. I suggest you to avoid argument with Shalini ma'am. She is master at buttering. Don't fall for her sweet words. She and Mr. Pawan are master in playing politics. These two persons can do anything just look to their own interest.

Hi all, In my long career, I have not seen such a worse company which is full of false promises. It is infact a "one person company" which is run by SUBHASISH , one of the worst and ARROGANT Person in the earth. He had started his career in SALES domain so he knows all the tactics to present himself a best employer. He shows his company as 100cr but all are myths.But once u joined u come to know his reality. He is a sick person. He don't believe anybody. There are a lot of accounting and tax evasion in the company.He plays on cash sales in GST Regime. God save him Salary increament: forget about it.
