Likes

Overall rating for experience will be 8/10. People are cooperative and trying to create a culture. I need more time as I joined the firm during Covid and I haven't been to office since then. Their WFH facility allows me more time for family and seems less stressfull.

Likes

It's a start up but the company tries it's level best to accommodate. They have a long way to go. They are essentially a project management and IT consultancy. Supportive management, work- life balance is good.

Dislikes

Slow pace of growth, doesn't go beyond 1 M$ in execution annually.
