Ex. Employee Note : The name has been changes Pros 1) On tine salary 2) Work life balance 3) Maternity/Paternity leave 4) 5 days week 5) Fun activity (Purpose is photoshoot) 6) Once a year the company takes a day out for a picnic 7) Sometime the company takes out for lunch

Cons 1) Don't trust positive feedback given to Glassdoor or AmbitionBox. May be these feedback misguide you. 2) Too much politics and favoritism. politics and favoritism in appraisal, job roles, tasks, rules etc... 3) Most work is in Visual Basic(VB.Net). There is some web and mobile related work also there. But, these work is only for some selected person. 4) If you want to downgrade yourself in technology, Most welcome! 5) No job security (Fired anytime without pay any king of salary in short notice period) 6) Operation head is too egoist (They always try to prove others wrong) 7) HR is loyal with company. See notice every small-small activity of employee and interfere to employee. 8) Till date when I had worked with this organization, HR not created any policy in favor of employee. 9) After the resignation HR/HOD taking too much days to accept it. In my case after the resignation they not give the final reliving date the 15 days of resignation. After too much boredom, finally I had stop to go to the company and joined the new organization. 10) Very bad exit policy. (Official notice period is three months. But, after the resignation, there is no task for you then within a few days may they release you. So, this is tough for employee to give the right joining date to new company) 11) If we compare this company with other company in market, there is no any other facility provided. Like... Sick Leave, Product Training, Course Certification, Insurance, Yearly Bonus. 12) Parking issue 13) Organization has no I-Card for employee 14) Company policy is more then 10 pages Advice To Management 1) Put the trust on your employee 2) If you relay become a good company remove politics/favoritism in your organization 3) Treat every employee equally 4) Give more benefit and facilities to your employee 5) Make your policies transparent 6) Instead of removing negative feedback from Glassdoor or AmbitionBox, Improve the organization policies. 7) Improve exit policy...Read More
