The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards I received. Employer has excellent leadership to the development team, always have innovative solutions for everything. I learned how to tackle situation, team building, coordinating with team, other technical things and so on and now I can compare myself with other outsiders as an efficient employee. I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported. and as per my opinion if you are happy with office surroundings then you will work more efficiently automatically.
