1. C-Category Company - Meaning No Job Security 2. No Bank Loans - Reason - C-Category Company 3. Learning’s - How to be a cheap person in life, good learning here. 4. Projects - Only one customer (No one knows when that customer will run away) 5. Hygiene - They don’t know the meaning of it. So don’t expect anything. Food will be s erved with insects, unwashed plates and good reason to visit hospitals throughout your employment. 6. HR - They will always need a helping hand and will route you to the VP for everything. Basically, they are not trained to be HR or take their own decisions. 7. Team - New generation working there knowing not that their future holds nothing. 8. Hire and fire policy - Executed very well by the Management. 9. Notice Period - 90 days (Not a single day will be reduced even if you are in the coffin box. They will ask your family members to keep you inside the coffin box for 90 days in their office and then take it) 10. Who can work here? - People who are disowned by family members, society as useless to live on earth. Because you will already see those people in the senior management. And the company is run by such people. 11. Promotions - It is only for those nod their head for everything the Senior Management says. 1. Micro management 2. In the name of appraisal you will get peanuts 3. Clients are very rude, they treat us as slave ,the manager and top management also take the client side always. 4. Manager is not at all technical 5. Office politics and favouritism every where 6.updating task on da ily basis is itself a task.Lot many portals given to just update for a particular date. 7. Very long and tiring process one updating your task 8. Have to work in a very bad projects which have tones of coding mistakes and standards are not at all maintained. 9. If you want to learn something new then please don't come to this company else you will end up your career solving only bugs. Here the works only include to resolve the bugs that the previous employer had did.

Dislikes

There is no rating process followed so after appraisal discussion will not happen and hikes are dependent’s on your relationship with manager. Can’t expect much.

1. Higher management is approachable 2. Supportive Team , HR and Staff 3. Experienced, skilled and hardworking people always around you. Which makes you to expose more.

Dislikes

Management is not in situation to identify person skills and his previous experience had helped them in their project. They want versatile skilled person but at time of appraisal they will consider current skill exp Eg: IT exp is 4 yrs and if current skill exp is 6months they will con sider this for appraisal. And person with you 2yrs of exp with 1yrs of bench in reputed MNC and his current skill is 6months . Both are same for them....Read More

The overall working experience at GalaxE Solutions was good. They offer scope for growth through performance. Company Culture wise good One gets the work satisfaction Career Growth & Opportunities to some extent, say 70% . . another 30% the Management seems too Authoritarian (some of the Managers). Compensation and Benefits are a not much to brag about. Very less percentage of hike given to non-IT employees and decent hike for mundane IT skills and good hike for rare skilled employees.
