TThe female senior director has zero knowledge of accounts. The money was invested in company from her family which lead to her dominant in the office. She used to ask people to get done with back dated work. For eg: in 2024 she wanted the reconciliation to be done of the amount of fabric bought and processed by the company back in 2018 till date audited with actually received and bills booked in tally. I explained her the work that I came was for day today accounting entries and Taxation but she was not ready to listen and explained how purchasing fabrics and processing the same loss of fabrics calculation that too back dated is accounts.. The next generation is actually capable of handling company in a better manner. I would genuinely request, please don't apply here for accounts work.
