Dislikes

Due to challenging times economic-wise, it's really been difficult navigating through to get sufficient contracts and rendering the job security a bit shaky. Achieving goals is hard without training, insufficient cash inflow due to delayed/late payments accrued from completed projects. Growth is slow because the amount of cash spentin form of kickbacks is unnecessarily so high. No salary appraisals, no business/team building trips or bonuses. Being a managing director of this upcoming small company, I get to play almost all the roles alone and sacrificing so much on behalf of others who don't appreciate it and that's what I dislike most about the company....Read More

I am responsible for the CO.s stability and growth so I solely seek contracts continuously, obtain all company's legal documents and update them, prepare & process job contracts, ensures service delivery, oversee general running of the CO. & Marketing it.
