Work Environment is totally different since its a startup from a well-established firm. There is a lot of opportunity for innovation. I was blessed with a few good teammates. A totally different work culture, now I am working with people belonging to all types of cultures, languages and different parts of India.

Dislikes

the salary/appraisal and career growth is a dull curve. it's not moving both x and y direction after the few months. working hours are not certain sometimes u spent 14-16X7 and there is a chance of getting disciplinary action for the fault which u dint commit and even for no reason.

Work Details

My work was like manage the day to day bike's operations and working. i have to look after and was responsible for all electrical and electronics of the bike. Sourcing and representing our product in expos and to lead a team of EEE engineers to an extend
