For freshers, company is good in knowledge and learning point of view. No work load other than specific work.

Dislikes

Company policies are not good regarding economic facilities and compensation. Bonus is reduced from salary only. In hand salary is very poor after cutting. Not professional work most of times. Health insurance policy for individual as well as for family is not good

Good company especially for fresher's to take advantages of completing challenges in further life in any situation. Appraisale are average bit very good company to work in all streams.
