Flexible schedule, no micro management, timely salary. Growing company and also help employees to grow with them, I worked with 3 companies earlier. But management of this company in very caring in nature and stands with you in your bad time. Company didn't cut down salaries during the lockdown. Also no layoff during the lockdown period.

Dislikes

Activities are less, less international onsite opportunities here after the lockdown.

Management is employee centric. Company work culture is good which help you to spend more time with your family. For promotions and appraisal you don't need to ask for, if you honest with your work and upto mark then you will get promoted and increment both.

Dislikes

Company is not good for people who don't work. there is nothing to dislike don't fall for bad comments. Company is really good if you are career oriented and want to grow in your life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
