Dislikes

There are not so many benefits, salary hike is low and sometimes when we give ideas and suggestions they are not implemented in the right way and taken into considerations.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
