Work Details

Management given freedom to me in making of plans for sales growth and to increase business size. I succeeded in increase of sales volume and revenue. It is continues process. I am working in different roles.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
