My experience at ERTO has been disappointing due to the toxic work environment created by the leadership, particularly Director Samair Patel and Lilam Lalka. They fail to acknowledge the hard work of their employees, leading to low morale across teams. Over the past 10 years, three entire teams have left the company due to their behavior.
