There's nothing to like.

They'll make you work overtime everyday and you will barely get 1 week off. There's no appraisal. There's no promotion on paper either. Even if you get promoted, it won't be on paper and you won't get a salary hike plus you'll just have a lot more work with no benefits at all.

Worst company and management I have ever worked with....here no managers no leads no proper QA's also...all together works like a pigs...its not a company its a fish market..no leaves nothing.. u need to work like a dog there but they wont give any value to your work. All they need is someone who works in the all shifts without taking any single leave. the HR also sounds like a unprofessional .basically if u ask us to give rating also waste of time.....Read More

you need to sit 8 hours straight even its wfh also...join in other company who values and give respect to their employees but this company is so worst. Especially no proper management also...this is start up company which was running by unprofessional idiots...bakwas company do not join...wait for good opportunity...no growth here also. They are simply using people to work that's it...
