My co- workers are very friendly. most of he employees do note want be trained job safety is a low priority career development is not governed by the law.salary increases are not related to work experience and education level. I believe it depend on the employee

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
