Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. My director is so professional.
