Excellent company to work. Very open work culture. Flat org structure. Growth is good. Salary and appraisals are ahead of industry. There's work life balance.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
