Totally i had very bad experience in this company. Because they didn't take any responsibility about their employees. And the founder of the company. He didn't credit salaries on time my salary almost 10k is pending till now and very harsh behaviour

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
