The company is a start-up and in a growing phase. I learnt Facebook marketing and email marketing there and also learned some sales and marketing techniques and the seniors were very helpful and cooperative. I love the fact that I were a part of that company. Work environment was also very good.

Work Details

My work was to create Facebook creatives and posted that ads on company's Facebook page. Cold calling were also a part of my internship.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
