Oh my god this has become a torture working under the psycho ceo, everyday new rules and these rules are for organization and no good for employees. Whenever he is upset he comes up and tortures like this. He changed log-in time, be changed break time, he removed one of breaks, he changed appraisal, no growth, no appreciation, no motivation, cant talk to each other, no mobiles allowed, no support. He monitors log-in but he does not care about log-out. No leaves even if you break hand, undergo surgery, any death, any family members illness, he wont even consider anything, for him we should work because he is paying and new rule may be even for restroom he would keep register and monitor that also....Read More
