This company has been a major disappointment and has shown a lack of respect for its employees. Initially, the company open a new branch in Noida, Attracting many people join with promises of stable employment. we ware all placed under 6 month probation period, which seemed standard at the time. However, last month of probation period without any prior warning, management announced that the Noida branch would be closed, and all employees were being transferred to Trichy (Tamil Nadu) and Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) Branch. this sudden and unexpected decision has left many of us confused and frustrated, As it feels like we were misled from the start. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
