This company has been a major disappointment and has shown a lack of respect for its employees. Initially, the company open a new branch in Noida, Attracting many people join with promises of stable employment. we ware all placed under 6 month probation period, which seemed standard at the time. However, last month of probation period without any prior warning, management announced that the Noida branch would be closed, and all employees were being transferred to Trichy (Tamil Nadu) and Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) Branch. this sudden and unexpected decision has left many of us confused and frustrated, As it feels like we were misled from the start. I wanted to share this experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering joining this company. Please be cautious and fully aware of how they handle employee commitment.
