employment stability, we have freedom in decision making in the proccess plant.

Dislikes

there are many wasted time in meetings for the equipment mantenance, we work 12 hours in front of the control computers with out a backup coworker during the shift, this condition, takes me time to play sport, family and other activities. The salary is not according to the responsability I have.

A DCS supervisor analyze laboratory data and take action to correct any product out of specification, take desicions in emergency moments and troubleshootin, inform field staff about the process and other.

It is a very good company. Excellent HSE culture, compensation, benefits and pay salary on time. It was an excellent working teem.

Dislikes

The contract are to short for specific project and do not continue with another projects.

It was a QA very responsible job. I had been review a lot of documents, X Ray films for NDT for piping. The day pass so fast due to several field and office activities included daily working report than show photos and project advance

I've got the opportunity to share my experience in projects to the engineering team.

Dislikes

Most of the professionals working in the project development were operations or maintenance minded, it was difficult to them to understand how to work in projects. The company had low or no experience in projects development, this allows the contractor to take control of the management; when I join the project, it was late to retake the control on the project review, changes or improvement.

Work Details

Excellent experience, I would like to stay, however, because of a bad management of major projects, my contract was not extended.
