One of the aspects I find challenging at Ecesis Group of Companies is the lack of proper increments. During appraisal discussions, impractical reasons are sometimes given, which undermine the skills and contributions of employees. This approach can be demotivating, especially when feedback is delivered in a harsh manner, affecting overall morale and job satisfaction.
