I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They hire you, get the work done and towards the compensation speaks ill with you, abusive language and then ultimately don’t pay. Have seen happening there with many past employees as well who left them there and then.
