I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Compensation is decent, growth too much high, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence my boss like me to guide me step by step which is a glad for me.
