I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Our company give good culture of employee ,the police, training schedule,travel facility, is average but job satisfaction is not ok.

Dislikes

Job satisfaction is not clear here.

Work Details

I manage PTW, SOP, legal and elegel, documentation, site inspection, accident, incident investigation

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
