Nothing about this firm is good.

Dislikes

They lack professionalism. Both principal architects are stuck in the past, not ready to explore new ideas. They discourage young minds. Torture people who have their own opinion. Initial impressions at the interview is all sweet until 3 to 4 weeks into the working life. Poor leadership. Partiality and favouritism at and abundance rk style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Feeble minded people run the company, neither contractors or the employees are paid on time</mark>. Do not believe their fake website its all a bunch of lies half of the proposals previewed are not even executed. This firm shouldn't have been an architects firm as more importance is given to the site engineers....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
