I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Likes

Good place for beginners, gets exposer to various types of projects. If someone is willing to learn, he/she can learn a lot of ground skills which would help them in future.

Dislikes

The above positive points comes with poor payment structure, salary is never on time, no job security, no appraisal, no work life balance, casual humiliation by so called seniors/core team members and good hard working employees are taken as granted.
