I had a great team to work with, even though I was not from the technical back ground, the team members were very helpful.

Dislikes

The coordination between different departments & management had a void. There was a big gap. The work hours were not as per the given guidelines. The governments holidays as per the calendar was not followed. Working from home had no time limit.

Work Details

My work basically was taking feedback from students. Later on I was asked to head a team of 12 technical trainers . I had to allot their daily & weekly tasks as discussed with the management. Scheduling zoom meetings, Take MOM, & share the sam

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
