1) Here, the reporting manager and Functional manager are different in most of the teams which I came across. Obviously, this is a big issue as the reporting manager will not know what work you do. 2) Partiality on basis is very high here. Female gender are given very much more importance. But they will not even assign a single day night shift for them. 3) Promotions will be given to employees who are even in Notice period. 4) If you are a guy/male gender, you will not be considered as a worthy candidate for promotions and awards. 5) If you resign, they will ask you to work the entire notice period, but in case of ladies, if required, they will even relieve in a week. 6) Work-Life balance is not at all there in this organization. They will organize daily meetings out of the shift timings. 7) There are some unnecessary office visits which are being encouraged. I have seen some companies, which are paying for transportation (atleast) when a visit is planned every 1 year or 6 months. But here, there are some unnecessary visits(you only need to be there because your manager want to show to his leader that he has brought more people to the office). 8) Managers are very weak here. They cannot take a single decision/choice without their leader's permission. Managers give promotions and awards to those people, to whom their leaders ask them to give. 9) If your manager doesn't like you and if you are getting some recognition from leaders, he/she will make you sit on the bench for half an year to one year. 10) Hikes are not there this year. 11) Team lead will not assign a backup when an employee is not present. Instead, they ask the employee to beg the teammates to be the backup(even in an emergency situation). 12) Most of the team leads and managers doesn't know the rules and regulations and just show their authority over you. 13) When you are put on bench, don't just talk with your manager. Reach out to the Resource managers. The company is good for senior guys who need to take care of their family while staying at home. Has good work life balance.

The management is poor maybe because of remote work. We have different work manager apart from project manager. And we have reporting manager who takes care of rating and performance reviews who does know nothing about our work. Though the reporting manager get in contact with our work manager but it depends on the communication between them. When we take leave we have to explicitly mark ourselves in attendance portal which will decrement our leaves from total available leaves. What if we have actually taken leaves and forgot to mark it as leave taken and marked normally as present? nothing happens mostly. Junior guys are mostly not given any tasks. The work-life balance is good, you will learn a lot during your initial days of your career. Appraisals was also good and satisfactory, it actually depends on your performance . Till now the company culture is also good. Its a definite good company to be in if you are starting your career and want to learn and get experience.

Dislikes

Nothing as much, can include some projects as i was benched for around 2months before i entered into a new project.
