HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.
