DXC Technology Worst company I have ever seen in my career. I joined this company around 2years back. Here client is running the project. Terrible management process. Managers just like that removing employee whenever they want. No job security. There is no criteria for removal. Once of the large banking account worst management. They higher employee to park them for removal only even if you work hard. There is no meaning of doing good work. If you are local to Bangalore/Chennai then you can stay in the company otherwise then will remove you anytime. So guys beware of this. Please don't just join this company by looking into the salary DXC offers. Otherwise you will definitely loose your job anytime. In this company removal of employee is top priority. This DXC company Management is only focusing on removal of employee. Management are completely incapable to get project. but they are very much interested to remove employee. Certain account like Bankingaccount , very worst situation for outsider those who are working hard like anything.

No benefits nothing this company giving. There is no standard process as such here in this company for salary hike. Salary hike and bonus are decided by Manager and their near and dear only.
