The higher management at DXC are working on their level best to provide a comfortable and productive environment to its employees to perform at their best abilities. The company culture is growing employee friendly day by day. The company leaves no chance to show their employees that they are cared for. During the covid times our management has stood by us to and made sure that everyone is safe by allowing all employees to work from home. Facilities are provided to the employees to have a workplace set up at their homes. The employees are recognised and rewarded for their good work. Dislikes

The company needs to provide industry's standard remuneration to its employees. Also, there must be policies in place for promotions and progressions for growth and employees must be educated about it. The career growth structure is not satisfactory. The immediate managers dodge the questions whenever they are asked about promotions. Also, there should be periodic feedbacks for managers and company as the experiences change from time to time and management to management. But I am hopeful, as the company's management is working on all improvement areas, this would be taken care of as well. I was a part of dxc solutions at lower Parel, as lots of pressure and late nights . Even when u have to left that company then extra work load and unnecessary extension in ur reliving day.
