HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects

If u r looking for long time career in DXC with no hike then it’s good as u will get hike post joining this company. Also client pressure is always u hv to work on Sat sun without hesitation.

Not any help and benefit were provided during lockdown period The salary of 1 month given in lockdown without any notice that it will deduct later. And after getting access in public transport and arriving office on risk in June that salary was deducted in the period when it was needed very much, which also on working on as very low paid employees , no appraisal where provided, they increased work load 4 times more due to migration activity no rewarding gesture where given dispite of these work load given health issues still managed to work but disgraced, underestimated and demotivated was such terrible experience.
