People joined at higher level from other companies use DXC as stepping stone and talk superficially, contribution on ground zero. During pandemic the culture has changed a lot. Working for 9 hours is no more a trend now. People are expected to work for 12 to 14 hours a day as they are working from home. Work Life Balance is just typical marketing strategy. I went on to a depression while working here and had to change my Job after some time.
