I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

Dislikes

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. There is no budget for team party or team outing . There is no transition happening due to which international travels are not there.

Likes

Work from home but even that seems to be moved as hybrid with new leadership always boosting to interact at office frequently while pay being less than market.

Dislikes

Salary (no hikes for past 4yrs) Promotions (gets deferred every time saying business is bad and HO has freezed)

The salary package is good for experienced one and permanent WFH is good.

Dislikes

No scope of personal growth, full of politics and biasness, the promotion and increment has been on hold since last 2 or 3 years and the only reason is company is in loss making. The manager will only one give benefits and less work to the dear one's and if u have not a good relation with manager u are going work for total 9 hours they will give all the work to you instead of equal work distribution to all the team members.

No change in pay past two years No monetary recognition for 5 yrs experience or 10 yrs experience in same organisation I feel lack of employee benefits except HIS and quarterly award. BPO companies does more than this.
