1. Once i cleared interview they said I'll be given training for 2 months, but i was considered as intern instead (NO Official offer letter) & they provided only half salary until i completed this internship, then they review your performance & only then you'll be given official offer letter. 2. Although they mentioned they'll pay for notice period, salary was NOT given for last month of the notice period, must keep asking to send Experience/Relieving letter even after completion of notice period. 3. too much office politics, work culture is terrible, no promotions, hikes or extra benefits. No appreciation for extra work & efforts given expect only criticism from managers No personal life , must stay up whole night during releases, must also be ready to work on weekends....Read More

Bucket company No Like, only dislike Very worst experience, I have ever had, it looks good from exterior, no work life balance(have to work for 10 hrs ) ,no increment, have to start your career from 0 earning for 3 months atleast, Initially they tell they will inform about your job status by 3 months(whether we had selected for permanent job or not) they used to hire many freshers because they dont have to pay anyways for atleast 3 months,and after that very little 7.5k by this they can make money and after that they will kick out all the freshers, if they genuinely want test engineers for emergency then only they make permanent no matter whether he had talent or not, they wont response to your mail, call, message or whatever, they simply assign the works They simply used to conduct meetings daily for 1 to 2 hours...Read More

We dont know know how they going to measure one's learning ability, or working progress done by a employee, simply they ask un necessary complicated flows about their product that they also dont know (if they dont want an employee to make permanent) (im 100% sure only those questions can be answered by BA or their customer who gave requirement,) after 3.5 months and they tell to quit their company telling no progress, Test leads are not friendly,(venkat, vijay-bucket peoples dont have knowledge and they try to make insult) they dont have much knowledge and they dont help if u ask complicated doubts, no one will help from this company except few who are really genuine If u want to be permanent on this company, keep buckets from starting itself, only this will surely work They dont appreciate talented peoples work(after changing the company i got many appreciations in the current company, but this company is not for honest, hard working and genuine persons) They paid me 7.5k after 3.5 months taking advantage of work from home And they dont give experience letter also by telling silly reasons Only advantage is by the 1 time food provided by that company...Read More

I Don't have anything to say ..what i liked there..but I can say I started my career from dwise health care..so thanks for giving me opportunity to start my career.. that's all apart from opportunity I don't like anything...

1.There is no proper management 2.No work-life balance 3. No salary ( is there but very less) I have started from zero salary 4. No proper training. 5. No KT session. 6. Culture is not at all good. Directly they will give application & will ask to explore & start testing without any doc & KT.
