I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Perfect place to gain knowledge and skills and company policies are good, company management is truly supportive and environment around the teammates is positive.

Dislikes

Too much work load and salary is decent but carrer growth is slow .there is no much benefits

Work Details

The job is quite challenging ! At initial days struggled a bit there was no formal training sessions. I learnt Many things at work it really helped me a lot .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
