My team mates cooperate and like their work. We come from diverse backgrounds culturally and this has helped us to understand and tolerate each others religions and beliefs. Learning is fostered by goid work ethics provided for in manual left behind by previous managers in order that new staff are guided on their roles and how to conduct thrmselves at work. I like working here only that job security is not guaranteed. My family is not given adequate medical and educational cover....Read More

I dislike the companies policy on education to new staff as one is not given ample time to better them selves later on in life.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
