Company Owner: Mr. Ahmed is the owner who is an Emirati and very down to earth. You will get your salary for years without doing any work just like top management people in DT !!

Except Owner, Everything sucks here. Top management is group of Indians who are getting FAT salary just for doing politics. As usual HR team is just a puppet of management just like in other company. Precious learning from DT: Never ever work under any Indian boss/management!! There is no culture so nothing to mention about any culture except some Indians specially south Indian culture is there.
