Name of Vikhe Patil pulls you towards it. people try to join institution only because of name of Padmashree Vitthalro Patil.

Dislikes

One sided dictates are very high here. Cribbing by staff who avoid working are high. Management favours own people, not good people. Bluffing by staff is rampant but ignored by management. Few people control organisation. Honesty is not honoured here, but favouritsm is. Leave rules are funny unlike other good institutions.
