Friendly environment everyone listens at your opinions especially the main person including other admin staff, they give you the freedom to work with your own thoughts and opinions and support you with the expenses if any. They trust your decisions and respect your dedication and honesty towards the organization and treat you like family. Everything has a downside here was the work to life balance they won't hire another professional as your backup for your ease and comfort on leaves and absence. They will expect you to be either available on the the site as soon as possible or expect you to be on phone to fix the issue if any. In short they demanded your 24x7 availability wether physical or virtual.

Work Details

Work was exciting as I have developed my career and personal skills a lot by working for them. As I have got freedom to work I have developed my own techniques and solutions to solve the issue.
