Donex is a best place for freshers to learn new things and get experience from seniors as they totally cooperate with their subordinates in evry department.The environment was so favorable to work and earn with respect.

Growth is for sure but compensation was less to some extent as I was learning I took it to have a good experience.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
