Good work environment, company takes you for outing and throws party on the employees.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have proper management system, it is runned by 2-3 people who are close to CEO. No job security. The very moment can be your last day at work.

Work Details

As it's a night shift job... It's hard to manage things... Days are ment to be working and nights are ment to be sleeping. You are against nature.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
