OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I LEARNT A LOT HERE ABOUT SOFTWARES, CLIENT DEALING, ETC . MY EXPERIENCE WAS FAIR ENOUGH.

I felt u r dedicated to your work u grow n innovate as much as you can.The institute provide all kind of latest innovations in the field of education.It is one of the best institution in varanasi.it was a glorious period of my life while working there.

Quite hactic & exciting both as I was suppose to see board classes, Hindi dept.,house and even the class,as a class teacher.So my routine was very hactic but at the same time interacting with all the students and teachers for dept.& house activities.

Its a corporate school work process and management is based on erp .environment of tge roganisation was quite innovative.

Dislikes

Work pressure is low but and compensation and growth is slow.i did recieved appreciations from parents but mostpy go unnoticed duri g my appraisals.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
