D'LIFE Home Interiors is a growing company with huge potential and it always take cares of it's employees. If you can able to perform well then the pay will be great. No pressure from management, we will work to get more incentives. Job security is great here, they don't normally fire anyone unless they wish to leave.

Dislikes

Work like balance will be hard since it require extra hours somedays to do the meeting or finish the deadline etc. Basic salary is low comparing to other firms but incentive will cover it. Uniform is there. Appreciation for achievements is not that good.
