Likes

Working environment is so good. Teachers follows constructivist approach for teaching. Its a startup for online and offline classes. Flexible with schedule and classes. Director Mrs. Sheena Kumawat is very friendly and interactive with kids. She has good knowledge of subject and child psychology. She is a motivated, goal oriented and optimistic person.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Number of students are less as its a start up.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 3hours/day from office and 1hour/day from home from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
