The 1st thing I like about this company is they hire based on your skill and no matter which background you are from like BA, MA, Fashion Designing anything. And the 2nd thing is I like how everyone at the company works together and supports each other and I am really happy being a part of this company.

The pay is very less & absolutely ZERO benefits, They only give salary, no health insurance nothing!!. Appraisals are very low, Growth & Promotions take long time

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
