No likes, whatsoever. Initially everything was going well until they started pestering me for closures without having provided the basic training that a fresher needs. If you join this organisation, they will try to extract the most amount of work from you, all while paying you in peanuts.

Dislikes

The system is extremely distorted and not organised at all. Yet, the leaders are quite delusional that they are the best out there in the recruitment race. Being a fresher and from a non IT background I had no clue about the IT roles or the skillsets that I needed to lookout for. Just adding me in on calibration calls without me knowing the head and tail of IT recruitment is an absolute futile effort. They absolutely had me burntout with their constant micromanagement and pressure to give closures in such a short period. Only when I dropped the papers did they realise that I was just a fresher and that closures take time. Until then they kept pressurising me for closures. Absolutely pathetic work culture. I put down my papers in Jan and until now I haven't received my experience letter nor the FnF settlement which speaks loud enough about the "professionality" of Digizura Technologies....Read More
